We used Karls at this location for our daughter's wedding. The woman at the counter took and recorded the measurements. Come the day of the wedding, the groomsmen's sleeves were too long, the groom had the wrong color of tie, the jr. groomsman had pants and a jacket that were too long, and the father of the bride had pants that were too long in the crotch and too short in length. When we originally called about the groom's tie, we were told that they had nothing else available and there was nothing they could do because it was a "busy wedding weekend". When we returned the tuxes on the following Monday, we told the woman about the errors. She was "sorry" but that was all that could be done... no restitution of any kind. Karl has been in this business long enough to know that these events don't get a do over. There is ONE opportunity for the ceremony, pictures, etc. This vendor needs to get their collective act together beginning with hiring competent staff. I was extremely disappointed in their product and the quality of service overall. I will no longer recommend them.
