I've traded with this store for about 5 years and the people that work there are very friendly and helpful. They joke and make idle conversation while they promptly wait on you. I especially like the night crew. Though the area is in "the foothills of the Ghetto" (meaning the neighborhood is a little rough), they still maintain their cheerfulness and helpfulness in spite of the risks of working the grave yard shift in this area.
