Provided by YP.comThey are always understaffed and they have completely clueless managers.When you need help and management is called the managers never know the answer. They also always have stock carts blocking the way. Most Macy's are great, but I would advise avoiding this one if possible. If you need tailored clothing very few people there even know how to measure you to be fitted. Even the men's manager could't help since she herself did not know how to mark or measure clothing.
