Provided by YP.comCrooks,
Not only did they leave my vehicle to be sold at an auction, they charged me over $3,000 dollars for work they stated was completed but was not. To go along with that Mark and Chritine took the body parts, and paint that I bought and dropped off with them. Most dishonest, lying crooks I have ever met!!

Provided by YPmobileI've been jerked around over a month on a 3 day quote... I wouldn't even suggest this crazy shop to my worst enemy!

Provided by YPmobileThis auto shop has no professionalism, they have jerked us around for over a month to get our car fixed when they quoted 3-4 days for the job. The customer service is awful they aren't even offering a discount for the rude inconvenience they caused. I would never recommend marks total auto at st Louis and national, not to anyone. Be careful and find a real auto shop

Provided by YP.comWell the husband and wife always argue, they do not work well together. Also we went there for our car, it took them WAY to long to get it done. When they told us it would be done, we went up there and they where like well sorry things came up. And charged us a fee because it was sitting there when THEY WHERE SUPPOSE TO FIX IT! Finally they got it done, and they didn't even fix it and charged us Well over $500 for their crappy work. It sounded like they messed something up while "fixing" The car. A Belt was loose and other things. So we took it to a REAL Shop, and they got it done right away no hidden fee's no problems. I would not recommend taking your car there. You will experience awful services. We asked to talk to Mark several times and he was always "busy" When i know myself half the time the Mark and Christina are sitting on their butts in the office. We Would come by and see if they were working on it when we just called up and asked and were told "Yes they had a couple people on it now" Well when we showed up the car was on jacks and torn apart, and NO ONE was working on it. It was in the same place with the same things torn out of it as when we saw it the day before.

Provided by YP.comMy son is a college student in Springfield, Mo & his waterpump went out. We wrote down names of repair shops & while looking on the internet I came across the review on Mark's. When I called in to make an appointment Christina stated that they would pressure check his engine to see if the head gasket was blown. It was & they repaired his car in a short amount of time at a reasonable price. I will have my son use them any time that he has car problems.

Provided by YP.comCheapest Labor, nicest people! It is a small mom 'n pop shop owned by a husband and wife duo. They worked very hard to find me the cheapest way to get my car fixed, after being given the run-around by several other places. I will definitely take my car to them from now on, for everything! Highly recommended by a very satisfied customer!
