The property is well kept and my neighbors a great! They do a great job keeping the noise down and are quick to fix anything.

Great location for Missouri State students. Friendly staff. On site laundry and pool. Next to a Walmart very handy.

This is going to be my 2nd year living here. I love it!!!! Location is great, the grounds is very well kept up with. Management is always wonderfully nice and super helpfull! the pool is a plus, my kids love it. Everyone is always so nice and friendly. Super affordable, I love living here!

Living at Markwood Apts. has been quite the experience for me. It is conveniently located next to the grocery store and MSU campus. Maintenance is very helpful should a problem arise. It is a great place to live.

Friendly quick to come whenever I have a problem, it is close to downtown and a Walmart home store is right next door so the location is very convenient.

Markwood Apartments are in a great location --within walking distance of MSU, downtown, Bass Pro Shop, Fassnight Park, Parkview High School, and so much more --and they are pet friendly and provide good value for your money. They're on bus line 7 that goes down South Campbell to Library Center, and they have an on-site laundry room and a pool that's open in summer. I've lived at Markwood for 3 years and am very satisfied. Oh, and more about the location --a block from a Neighborhood Market and gas station/convenience store, and a tire/car repair shop just a few doors up the street. If you're looking for convenience, Markwood has it, and if you're looking for good value for your rent, Markwood has that too! Maintenance is good, and any leak or insect issues (they're rare here!) are resolved immediately.
