Bought a refrigerator for $350, broke 2 weeks later. Have to transport it to shop for them to repair? what a waste of time and money. DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!! Pitty they can't be ranked for 1/2 a star..

We bought a used Refrigerator from Al at Midtown Appliances. The price was great and the service too.

I'm not sure how these people stay in business. They treat you as if it's a total pain for you to be in their shop. They delivered the wrong appliance to us and then when they had to come and switch it out they were rude and acted as if it were OUR fault they delivered the incorrect appliance. I'll NEVER do business with them.

Rude!! Simply called and asked if they sold an item and the lady that answered acted like she didn't have the time of day for my question. I will never call them again or send anyone to them. The only thing she did that was helpful was say she didn't carry the item I was looking for.
