How about Duplexes for Rent in Springfield, Mo

Scammers and will keep everything they can. Work relocated me and buyout was two months of rent...fine....but then they kept my security deposit in full. Had walk through with agent and nothing was notated as deficient yet was charged additional cleaning and painting after myself an OCD clean freak who lived there two months moved. They ended up renting the house the next month so double dipped by collecting my rent and a new tenants.

Very bad business ethics...BEWARE!!!

Eaglewood Aprartment are a very safe and quiet community. It is uner new management and being run by a new property management company. There have been lots of changes and more to come. Please come check Eaglewood out!

Very dishonest business practices. I am a disabled police officer with PTSD and I moved into the Eaglewood Apartment complex in Nixa. I was promised by the manager, Bob, that no convicted felons lived on property, and that the complex was quiet and they "ran a tight ship" and addressed problems quickly. My first night of living there I was unable to sleep because a loud party. Management said they would handle it. To make a long story short my down stairs neighbor was a violent, convicted, drug dealer who was loud continuously and beat his wife often. He and I had serious problems. I attempted to get Bob, and then the parent company of Morelock ross to handle the problems, or move me to another unit, they refused. I ended up moving because of stress and requested the return of my partial month of unused rent and security deposit. They refused. I spoke with a real B...word in the Morelock Ross office, total hateful, and admitted that their company discriminate against the disabled and disliked law enforcement and would rather rent to felons because they don't complain....and to top it off sent me a $5000 bill for leaving the lease early. (the lease the violated and filled through deceptive business practices. Horrible company, horrible people, stay clear of this one!!!
