After going to more than a handful of classes at My Hot Yoga and trying the other hot yoga place in Springfield I would definitely recommend My Hot Yoga. The atmosphere is relaxing and soothing, the staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and the classes are challenging but wonderful. I always walk out of class feeling less stressed, like I had an amazing workout, more focused, and truly like I had just gotten all of the toxins out of my body. I tried this place after buying the Groupon with it and if I wasn't moving from Springfield in a few months I would be buying packages for classes here forever. Highly recommended!
