Pool is not handicap accessible, clubhouse/ recreation center is locked and office is open 9:30-4:30 to get a key to open the door. RV's are scattered within the full time residents of the park. Rentals are mentioned on the web page, homes are for sale by management or by owner, sometimes a new home is parked in the park and is for sale. Owners are encouraged to keep up their yards, but rules are not currently uniformly enforced. Some yards and homes are in bad order (loose underpinning/boards for skirting) but the majority are well kept, Some residents have been in the park for over 30 years. Current managers have been in the park for one year.
