If you move here get ready for a nasty experience. Pay close attention to the lease and read up on Missouri Landlord Tenant Laws. If you terminate the lease early, they will charge you for remainder while re-renting the unit (THIS IS ILLEGAL). They will keep your deposit (THIS IS ILLEGAL). If you don't pay, they will send it to collections. My advice... Rent somewhere else or you will be talking to Attorney General's Office.
