We have used them for several years and never had any issues. The drivers are friendly and courteous. Great price and pick up on all holidays except Christmas.

We have had Pendergrass for years and I wouldn’t have anyone else. Being on disability I don’t get paid till the 3rd and everyone else wanted their payment on the 1st. I told them I didn’t have the money till I got paid. Pendergrass doesn’t have a problem waiting till I get paid on the 3rd.
Several of our neighbors have switched to Pendergrass. Our family members and friends have switched. They will be our trash service till the end.
If you give a bad review you have the problem. Everyone I know loves them.

I signed up for service in July, they have missed 3 consecutive trash pickups, and when I call them about it and argue and tell me I didn't have my can out when each time I set it out the night before. They are liars and scammers. DO NOT USE!!!!!

Pendegrass. is wonderful. Half the price of other pick-ups and has never not picked up my trash, even when I have been late. Is always nice, friendly, and willing to work with u, no matter the pick-up I need. Glad I can help support a small business owner in this day and age!!

Horrible customer service! Never follow thru with what they say. After a year still no payment book after more than 5 requests. Hateful and very unfriendly. I am refusing to pay further until the pick up regularly and consistantly.

The owner and management of this service is unprofessional to say the least. Openly admitted that her staff were unaware of what was going on even though they told me one thing and she did another but refused to correct this. Came to our door the second week to charge another whole month fee for undisclosed additional charges. Did not hold up to one word of what was told to us when we set up service, from when/how to get us our payment book to when they would bring us out receptical to price. Advise strongly against using this service.

We love pendergrass they have been very understanding and excellent customer service. Even if you are a little late on a payment they will still pick up and even on some holidays. Try are half the price as any trash service in Springfield and just as if not more professional!

Horrible customer service.

Didn't pick up second week of service.

Paid for a month I asked to cancel after they didn't pick up and refused to make it right and although I paid for a month they took my container and kept my money after two weeks.

One nice customer service rep the other who was older sounding was incredibly rude.

I've been very happy with Pendergrass, they are affordable and even when I've been late on a payment they still provide service and do not bother me.
