Get a taste before you buy. I purchased two pies for Christmas desert on Christmas eve. We tried the pies that evening with all the family. Both pies were very sub-standard, not what you would expect from a bakery. The crusts from both pies were very thin, chewy and tough. I have had pies from a Walmart bakery that were much better than this. The Tart Cherry pie filling tasted as if it were from a can and the French Silk filling tasted old. Maybe the pies were outdated and not removed in time from the show-case? We ended up throwing the French Silk pie away and I tried eating the rest of the Cherry pie from the middle out. The outside crust was not fit for eating. I can say, their boxes that the pies came in are "top of the line." I just wish the product inside would have been the same.

I can't give a complete review of this for this reason...

I went to pick up a pie, one that I had seen one their website. I thought about calling first, to see if the one I wanted was available, but really wanted to see the place as well so I took my chances. And it didn't turn out so well. Not only was the one I wanted not available (one of the cream pies) but very few fresh pies were in the case at all. How disappointing. There were dinner pies and frozen, bake at home fruit pies available. But with the weather in the 90+ degree outside, who wants to turn on the oven? There were small "pie bars" available to buy for a dollar a piece and some stale cookie sandwiches. I bought a few of those since I wanted to taste something from this place. The pie bar was okay but did not relieve my dissappointment. The customer service was lacking as well. If I owned any type of customer service based business, I would train the employess to esteem every customer that walked through the door. So the fact that I never got to actually eat a pie is the reason for my star rating and that now I will have to go back another day to do so (not convenient for me). But I will definately call first or order online so that can be sure to get the selection of what I want. Then I will change my review based on my next experience.
