Just renewed my 12th year renting thru Plainview park. Very nice spacious apt, quiet and safe. Helpful staff and Great neighborhood. Happy living here.

Just signed a lease for my 6th year at Plainview. Quiet area of town, just a 10 or 15 minute drive from downtown Springfield. Easy highway access and convenient location for grocery stores and restaurants. Great management and upkeep of the property. Very spacious, affordable one bedroom apartment with vaulted ceilings if you're on the top floor. Pet friendly.

Traffic in the mornings and evenings into town can get bad, but no other complaints about location.

I love living in these apartments. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and the schools are good.

I’ve lived at Plainview Park for about 5 years. The staff there has been great and the property has been quiet. Staff is reliable and friendly.

Overall, Plainview Part is a decent apartment complex to live in. The location is great and it is affordable, which is what I was looking for. Although the buildings/units are somewhat dated, the staff does their best to keep up with the maintenance.
The amenities aren't fantastic by any means, maintenance requests can take a while to be taken care of and the grounds/hallways/stairwells are often in need of attention, but it is to be expected at this price point. I also understand that the parent company is currently experiencing a shortage of staff.
I would recommend living here to anyone who is looking for a convenient, accessible, and pet-friendly apartment complex to live in.

I’ve lived here for several years and am appreciative of the staff and quality of living I have here. There’s a reason I just signed for my fourth year. Appropriate rent pricing, great facilities, it’s the best place I’ve rented from hands down.

I just signed my 6th lease here at Plainview. It has been such a living great experience. The staff has always been so kind and helpful. I know I can count on them to get things done. This place is also very nice and quiet and everything I need is only minutes away!

I have lived at this complex for a year. The property manager Christian is the best, anytime you need help, before or after move in. Great location, and friendly neighbors.

As of this month, I have lived at Plainview Park for a year. Christian (as well as the rest of the maintenance) staff have been extremely helpful and welcoming. The property itself is well-maintained, has lots of great amenities and ample parking.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to anyone getting their first apartment.

I am very pleased with my time at Plainview Park. I’ve been here several years as have both the manager and maintenance supervisor. They both have provided great service. It’s at a great location, and I have good neighbors. I would highly recommend this apartment complex!

I love living here! I just renewed my lease, and this is the first place I've lived for more than one year. Living here gets you cheap rent, great parking, a BIG space with lots of closets, quiet neighbors, and very friendly and kind management. I definitely recommend it!

My boyfriend and I have lived at Plainview for a year now and just resigned a lease for another year! We love it here! The apartments are big and clean! The staff is friendly! It is a safer place and just a little outside of town which makes it quieter, yet close to everything you need! It only takes my boyfriend and I 10/15 minutes to get to MSU campus! Rent is cheap and includes internet and all utilities except electric! There is a pool, laundry facility, and workout room!

We just resigned our 5th lease at Plainview Park Apts. The Apts are large, roomy, bright and clean. Most of the tenants are really nice. We are very happy here.

I've lived at Plainview Park for almost a year now, and am loving it! The complex is not too large so parking is never a problem. Great pool area and onsite laundry room as well as a small fitness area. I like that I am close to shopping, restaurants and highways. Any maintenance issues have been taken care of very quickly. Management staff has been great.

I've just signed another years lease to live here. Plainview park apartments are quiet, clean, staff is very friendly and take care of issues in a timely manner. It's location is very convient and a great side of town. I highly recommend this place to live.
