Apparently some people that work here, perhaps the owners, stole a trailer. It is a 2013 Contential 7' x 12' V-Nose enclosed. Inside the trailer was a near new Poulan Pro Zero turn mower, Poulan Pro gas leaf blower, Troy Built 29cc trimmer (no mix gas) with other cutting attachments, aluminum walk board and locks for ladder, Scotts Seed Spreader, motorcycle wheel chaulks, tools, and other misc items. It was caught on a surveillance camera and they hid the trailer in their garage. Shady stuff.

Recovery Auto run by Larry - has had my car since 05/05/15 did part of the work before he asked for more money to do the rest of the job. I paid what he asked and still my vehicle is not running. I have called each day since 05/22/15 with no reply. Since I work down the road on Walnut I stop by each day Monday through Friday and during lunch every day since 06/08/15. Today 07/02/15 when I went by the County Sheriff and Springfield Police were there so I pulled in. The office has been left unlocked and the alarm going off. Nothing has moved in over a month. No one is ever there. One phone number is disconnected and the other just lets you leave a message only. They only get one star because you cannot submit with no stars.

This is the best place ive ever taken any vechile ive owned. Great service, great prices and very friendly.

I am looking at other reviews and people have these Christians mixed up with another shop. They do quality, honest work and will stand by their price quotes and their work. Get your shops right people. Great job Larry and Roni. Love you guys.

I had my Malibu motor rebuilt they had it done in a specially time at a reasonable price the office was clean and the customer service for satisfying I recommend it to all my friends and family

My husband I own our shop we are Christian we believe in God family honesty and integrity! We offer quality service at an affordable price! Yes we have children and my office is decorated with children's art work and sometimes cluttered! God Bless

Went in for minor work:

New Air Filter

New Fuel Filter

Oil Change

Remounting muffler, because a bolt had come undone



I provided the air and fuel filters, and was originally quoted 80 dollars for all of the labor, plus a small cost for oil and oil filter.



I took my car back the next day, walked home while the work was being done. I was called very quickly after, saying everything was done. They forgot to remount the muffler, NBD. I waited in the disorganized office/waiting room, listening to the secretary making personal calls about unemployment checks, until they finished the job.



The bill came out to 127.xx.... I was charged 80 for labor, 4.xx for oil filter, 40.xx for oil. I was very upset, but swallowed the horrible explanation for why the oil was so expensive. I will not be returning.



PS. They lost my key. Had to wait around for 15 minutes while they tracked it down.

The woman who works there lied about the price to fix our vehicle. Some discrimination too
