HORRIBLE! DO NOT USE!!!

I am shocked with just how rude and unprofessional this guy was. Save yourself the time and move on to another company -- I would recommend hitchhiking before you ever think to call this guy.

Beware do not work for this guy. Mr no pay should be his name.

BEWARE!! DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES RENT FROM THIS BUSINESS.



We reserved a limo for my daughter's birthday party. Both my husband and myself spoke to Dale to clarify all of the details. They failed to show up at all and did not return our phone calls to offer an explantion as to why. When I finally did get a hold of the person I made the reservation with he was rude, hateful, offered no apology and then hung up on me,when I proceeded to insist on an explanation as to what happened.

I have never been more frustrated or disappointed in a place of business in my entire life. Not only did they disappoint and infuriate me, but they disappointed 13, 10 year old girls, who were looking forward to this as the highlight of the party.



I am not sure how they are able to run a business, with this complete and utter lack of customer service.
