Horrible service and office staff. They are truly very rude. They are not like the old staff was. The old staff all left when this dentist arrived. Should tell you something. Was told my tooth issue couldn't be fixed or it was going to cost a ton of money. Got a second opinion from a wonderful Dr. Dorman and they were able to fix it for $95 no problem. Do not go to him you will regret it!

Dr. Hein and his staff are excellent with their patients. He takes a fresh, new style approach with his patients that is relaxing and builds confidence for the patient in a situation that normally creates a ton of anxiety. As a patient, you will receive the utmost specialized care from his staff at Springfield Dental Care. From reception, to the dental assistants, to the hygienists, and the Dr. himself...they are all truly great people. I had been a long time client of my previous dentist (since childhood) and was nervous at first to make the change to someone new....this was one of the best decisions I have made with my dental care, as I have been treated like family with the doc and staff alike. My dental hygiene is also at it's all-time best! BONUS for me! I would recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist to give Dr. Hein and the staff at Springfield Dental Care a try and become their newest patient! They work as a truly cohesive team and excel at their trade.

I have been going to Dr Fankhauser for over 10 yrs. He did all my front porcelain crowns to replace teeth badly stained by tetracycline. I went from a smile I tried to hide to one I am very proud of showing off. I have people compliment my smile all the time and they never would guess they are crowns as they look so real. Dr Fankhauser and his staff are always prompt and pleasant. He and his staff have done a lot of work on my teeth over the years and I have never had a problem.In fact Dr Fankhauser has personally called to check to see how I am doing the evenings after procedures. I drive about an hour and a half to this office and will continue to do so.I will continue to recommend him and his staff to any friends seeking out a wonderful dentist.

Dr. Fankhauser and his staff are top-notch and make going to the dentist an enjoyable experience. I have weak enamel on my teeth, so cavities and pitting have been a problem. After I had braces, I was looking to have veneers put on my teeth. Of all the places we went, Dr. Fankhauser was the cheapest, and we felt the most comfortable with him. The veneers are amazing, and have completely changed how I feel about my smile. I also have had to have several cavaties filled, and they are always very conscientious about my comfort.

Whenever I walk into the office, they know exactly who I am and remember the things that we have talked about. I consider several of them to be friends. If you are looking for a dentist you should definitely give Dr. Fankhauser and his staff a try. They are very good at what they do, stay up to date with all of the newest treatments and procedures, and are as accomodating as they can possibly be. Bottom line: they are the best dental care I have ever, and probably will ever have, had.

I have been going there for 5 yrs and have had a filling and a crown. Have been very happy there and feel prices are reasonable for a dentist in Spfd. All scheduling has been on time and was seen 1 time as an emergency appointment and was seen quick also. Recommend to my family and friends.

I am a patient of Dr. Fankhauser and it's a wonderful place. Not only is it very reasonable in price, but it's also greatly staffed. I have never had one complaint with this office and I would recommend it to anyone. Best place in Springfield in my opinion!

He use to be a good Dentist....his work is slacking now. I have used him for 30 yrs. His prices are outragous now. One filling in front and exrays over $500. I'll never go back. I'm Looking for a reasonable and good Dentist. Rick
