I placed a to go order. I did not get all of my order so I called. I was told no problem a driver is on his way. A half hour passed, I called spoke to Laurie the manager. As soon as she got on the phone she was rude, and snotty. I asked her name she told me, then said that she would spell it for me because I definitely couldn't. I told her I didnt appreciate her attitude, and that my order was messed up that I don't care about why or what that I just want my items I paid for. She informed me she didn't care, they didn't have drivers. So I asked to speak to some one else and she said there was nobody else. Eventually she just hung up, when I called back I was placed on hold. I called again, placed on hold. I order here all the time. So does my work. As a consumer this is the worst service I have ever received from any establishment. And I never received my entire order. Literally they stole from me.

I went on two different occasions, the first time the food was really good. I got the Kani roll and an order of General Chicken. The second time, it was not as good. I got the Ocean roll and Shrimp Pad Thai. The Ocean roll was good, but the spicy mayo tasted like regular Japanese mayo. The Pad Thai was awful. I love Pad Thai, this wasn't Pad Thai... it wasn't much more than rice noodles and a few shrimp. As for atmosphere, sure the place looks a little rough on the outside, but the inside is very well decorated and has a good post-modern vibe to it.
