Provided by YPmobileDo not go to Riksha Chinese Restaurant in downtown Springfield. They refused to accept my medical card for special dietary needs and would not allow a simple subtitution of noodles instead of rice. I will not be back the food isn't that great and the environment is not that clean and the service is rude
