I brought a pair of boots to be repaired on October 20th, 2014. The owner said it would take about a week to repair and he would call when finished. No call. I called back in November, was told it'd be about another week. Still didn't receive a call. I called back in December and was told they would be done by December 26. Went to pick up boots 1/6/15, and they had not been worked on. Told owner that they had been there since October and that I would take them elsewhere. No apology given for the lack of service. I would not return here and do not recommend The Sole Man to anyone who desires respectful service. Cannot comment on actual quality of service as he never even repaired my item.

Matt is very friendly and courteous. I had a pair of hunting chaps I needed cut and sewn because I was going hunting in two days. It was not a problem for Matt.

I WON'T TAKE MY DANNERS TO ANYONE ELSE. MATT HAS RE-SOLED MY ACADIA'S AND REPAIRED ANOTHER PAIR THAT WAS FLAWED FROM THE FACTORY AND THEY CAME BACK LIKE NEW OR BETTER. I HAVE ALSO SENT MY MOTHER INTO MATT TO GET HER MORTORCYCLE LEATHERS FIXED AFTER THEY RIPPED. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIS WORK TO ANYONE.

I took a pair of expense dress shoes in to get fixed. I was very impressed with how quickly they were finished and they look like new. The man working was very friendly and knowledgeable about shoe repair!

They did a great job on my cowboy boots, they look like new!

I took my Birkenstocks to them and they were totally destroyed they made them like brand new and it only took 3 days.
