I have had an excellent experience with the wooten company so far. The propery is well maintained and ease of communication had been the biggest highlight. Thier leases are standard and easy to understand and maintain.

The South Creek Apartments are nice place with friendly neighbors, plenty of parking, and it's at a great location with lots of businesses within walking distance. The Wooten Company does a great job taking care of its properties.

Wooten Company has such a wide selection to choose from but I must admit that I'm still partial to Lakewood Village! 10/27/2020

Embassy Ozark is the second complex owned by The Wooten Company that I’ve lived in and I love it! Layouts are always great and are always kept clean outdoors! Would highly recommend!

They are pretty awesome. I have lived at Willow Creek Apartments for 6 years now. No problem, very nice staff and well-kept grounds.

I have lived in the Wooten Company apartment complex for 4 years now. It’s quiet in the area we live in. The neighbors are super polite and we have a pool. We absolutely love that. They respond in a timely manner with maintenance requests, I am always able to get ahold of someone in time of need and can’t complain. We love our apartment! Thank you WootenCo.
