This will be my 4th year at Republic Palms apt. Their are 2 important things in an apartment complex. One is a good management and two is good maintenance. Both are here at Republic Palms. Their is a pool here, outdoor basket ball court, gym and a nice play area for small children.

We have been with the Wooten Co. for awhile now. The staff are friendly and the maintenance always fixes any issues we have had.

This is a great company to live at. They are very helpful and caring. Clean and they keep it looking good all the time. If you have a problem they fix it right away. I highly recommend living here.

Have lived at Embassy for 3 years and love it. It is in a great location off highway 65, so you are not far from Springfield. There is also the convenience of having a Pricecutter grocery store just a 5 min walk away. For coffee lovers there is now a Mudhouse coffee, an awesome local company, across the highway.

I have lived at Embassy Apartments in Ozark for about 15 years now. Property is usually well managed and service is good.

The community has a lot of amenities and is in a great location. I love this place! The office staff is outstanding. Desiree (manager) and her team go out of their way to make living here pleasant! They are always friendly and efficiently resolve whatever my concern is. Child and pet friendly. A nice pool and playground. If you need to rent, please check it out

Living here for almost a year now at the Southcreek apartments, and it's been so peaceful! The staff and maintenance always makes sure you're taken care of.

The Embassy Apartments in Ozark are such a nice quiet area that I feel safe living in. It's right outside of Springfield and just off the highway so I am able to travel quickly and it's at as low a price you will find for a one bedroom!

The management is very friendly and communicative. They truly help when you’re in need.

I have renewed my lease for the 6th time. The Wooten Company manages many rental properties in the Springfield, MO area. Amenties vary among the rental complex offerings, including high speed internet access and on site laundry facitilties at some locations. The downtown properties tend to have a lot of university student tenants.

I’ve lived in a Wooten Company townhouse for the last three years and I’ve absolutely loved living there. The maintenance is quick to fix anything that goes bad, our property manager is friendly and is always willing to answer any questions we have. The community and our neighbors are all extremely friendly.

I have leased with Oakwood Heights for the past 3 years. The Wooten Co became property managers soon after I moved in. They answer my questions promptly. They are also good at changing the filters and fixing any maintenance requests. And ever since The Wooten Company has taken over I have noticed it seems to run even smoother.

I've been living at Embassy Ozark apartments for a year, and they are wonderful! Love the home that I've made in my apartment.

We just renewed our lease for our fifth year living here at the Embassy Apartments in Ozark and we are still just as happy with everything as we were when we first moved in. The community is amazing, and the staff is prompt to solve any issues we have. By far the best apartment experience.

We specifically live at Embassy Apartments in Ozark, MO. We love living here and the location is great. Our property manager is so kind, and we have never had an issue here. This will be our ninth year living here and we are completely satisfied.
