Founded in 1947, Westport Elementary School provides educational services to students. Based in Springfield, Mo., the school serves 442 students in pre-K through fifth grade. The school offers curriculum with an assortment of subjects, such as physical education, Math, Science, Social Studies and Visual Arts, to name a few. Westport Elementary School is a part of Springfield Public Schools. Schools, Parks Are Reaching Communities (SPARC) holds partnership between SPS and the Springfield-Greene County Park Board. SPARC offers after-school recreation programs for youth in elementary and middle school. SPARC is offered at 12 district schools.
