This was my 9th year of working with Karin. She has provided excellent service all the time. The converted garage is warm. They even have desks, chairs , amd computers. Ref; 1star

Great service... they have been doing our taxes for several years... This years return was done in record time... Can't say enough good... Read this review and know that I don't lie - great place to go.

We have used this company for years !!! We have never had any issues with them. They are friendly and professional. So what if there office is converted from a garage. It works !!!! Don't judge bases on the report from 3/9/10 from a mad person.

I have never been more disgusted with a company! This backwards,unprofessional "company" is actually a mom and pop working from a converted garage! This SCREAMED mistake before we decided to give them a chance. We should have listened to our guts. If you read one review..let this be it! These people not only held our taxes hostage for A MONTH, they screwed up our taxes so bad we are having to spend more money..ON TOP of their outrages charges to have our taxes amended. They shorted us almost $5000. I have never hated a company more. There are two things you DO NOT mess with...my family and our HARD EARNED money. Take your taxes to legit tax accountants..and to everyone already using this "company" I would have your taxes looked at again, and suggest you find a different company to do your taxes and accounting needs. hope these two folks get audited themselves by the IRS, they are ROBBING hardworking middle class citizens!

Little or no communication - office is in thier barn.

Poor Communications

This firm changed its minds and now wanted to start from the beginning of the years books that we already paid for with another accountant. No indication of this was made upon consultation. Only after did they let us know. Now our records are held hostage by this firm until we pay them !!!
