After promising completion in 6-8 weeks, here I sit a YEAR later with incomplete and unsatisfactory work. Kurt overpromises and underdelivers. He accepts work he is not qualified to complete, outsources to unlicensed providers and overcharges for so called premium quality. Kurt doesn't return phone calls or emails unless he thinks there is more money for him. He will not repair his own work without charging again. He destroyed my curtains during demolition and never compensated us despite many promises. He installed faulty tiles and plumbing with unlicensed labor. After promising to remedy the situation, he claims he went bankrupt and told me not to waste my time with legal recourse because I would get nothing. He is dishonest. I would not recommend him to anyone!!

After months of trying to figure out how to redo my bathroom myself, I found Kurt. And then, my bathroom happened overnight (well, almost). Kurt has great ideas, makes great products for a great price and is really easy to work with. I would absolutely go back for my next kitchen or bathroom renovation.
