The owners name is sam nakkat. He is flat out a thief, stay away from this business if you don't want to be lied to and decieved. I purchased an engagement ring from sam the owner and he told me he was selling me a .75 carat diamond ring that was a vs1 quality. Later on realized that I actually received a .58 carat diamond of an si2 quality. I contacted hI'm and couldn't resolve the issue he just played dumb and said someone swapped the stone which isn't possible for numerous reasons. 1. No one had the opportunity to swap the stone. 2. Many experts and my own research has proved that you can't place a smaller diamond in a setting made for a larger diamond. I met sam thru my fiances family. He is a supposed friend of the family and he still decieved me. I have contacted bbb and consumer affairs and still no resolve. Other than him offering me a dollar amount over the phone for a ring he hasn't seen since he sold it to me and how can he offer a value on a stone he says was swapped sight unseen. I'll tell you how it wasn't swapped he knows what he sold me and what he did. He is doing damage control but he is too much of thief to make things completely right. The only reason he offered me a smaller dollar amount is bc i contacted consumer affairs and he knows I mean business. God knows how many people he cheats daily and they are unaware of his deception. I guess the next step is to sue him and let the courts decide. If you intend on purchasing anything from this business don't and if you have, go get your jewelry evaluated somewhere to make sure you didn't get cheated like I did.



I have gone to great lengths to resolve this matter with Sam nakkat which include phone calls,certified mail,bbb and consumer affairs and nothing has worked.



Do you and the courts a favor and deal with someone reputable.



Sam nakkat if you read this know you had your chance to make this right and you didnt. I hope you get your act right and stop cheating people and realize that money can be made in an honest manner.



Nobody with the smallest amount of morals or who believes in good would operate the way you do.
