I need had any problem. I am a amputee. They always help me to understand. With andy thing i need to know. This will be my second leg from them. They work with my insurances i can relax and not have to fight with my insurance.

They do not create or mold or custom make good quality insoles. Recently I ordered one from them and the insoles are very tight and they have to make lot of adjustments. On top of it, they trap you by making you buy these saying they will make adjustments later, because once you buy you can return them even if it causes pain or you cannot use them. They wont disclose or read the agreement when you are purchasing, because once you read you will never purchase. Also these are not $10 or $20, they cost around 400 dollars and they are just ordinary insoles. Customer service is worst. They just do not have patience to make adjustments as they promised, they rush you to make a purchase and you suffer and loose your $400. I filed a complaint to Cusumer protection. Hopefully no one will become a trap to this. Stay away or if you are trapped file a complaint. It seems there are complaints with Cunsumer protection. I wish I have know this before.
