Yesterday my son was looking for a way to save his boots and found this repair shop online. He took his boots to Pritchet's Shoe Services and dropped them off. When he returned on Thurs 12/6/18 to pick them up he was confronted by the owner with a 20 min lecture about his weight. This had nothing to do with his intentions to get his heels fixed. The repairman told a 24yr old how he was going to die if he didn't lose wt and then told him that his brother commited suicide because of being overweight. He also told my son about how he had spent time in prison. My son left the shop very upset and should never have been through all this just to get shoes fixed. The owner needs to stick to his job of fixing shoes and stop attacking people with his nonmedical advice which he is clearly not qualified to give!

The very best and only place to get quality shoe repair! This shop has been at this location since I was a child. The owner is such a gentleman and fixed my shoe in just a few minutes while we waited. There just arent too many family run businesses like this anymore and we should support and recommend his service! Dont throw your shoes out but take them to Pritchetts and have them repaired! His prices are just way too low (so I think tips are very much in order!) :)

Took husbands dress shoes in for heel and soles a number of years passed and it's time to go back as he wears these a lot. Have to get a second pair just to get these in. Store is neat and clean, friendly and helpful service. Done when promised.
