I've lived at the hill apts for approx. 5yrs. I've recently asked for financial help for repainting the apt. I'm asking for half the cost of this project to fix the walls which have paint runs and poor workmanship? In 5yrs I've paid $30,000 in rent, now asking for $150.00 for half the cost of repairs and paint, do the math the apts management sundance properties management can't equake a $150.00 investment to a $30,000 return on assets,"that's who I want to run my apts. complex? I don't think so!"

Thursday april 1 2010 I'll place my rent in escrow with the courts through an attorney!
