POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered a shade/tarp for my patio on MAY 25th, I never received it. I called a little over a week after my order was processed and after receiving an email confirmation stating that my order was shipped. When I spoke with a customer service rep she said that she needed to have her supervisor look up my order and call me back. Not sure what operating software they are working with, but they should be able to tell me what I ordered, when I ordered it, if and when it was shipped, and where it is currently located using a tracking number. In any case, I never received a phone call and had to call back the next day. I was then told that for whatever reason my order was never shipped and they would expedite it for me. She said that I will receive an email with the tracking number and it should arrive in a few days. None of which was true. Four days later I called back, left a message, and received a phone call yesterday, JUNE 23rd nearly a month later, stating that the supplier does not have that particular color in stock and that my money would be refunded. Wonder how long this will take. It took longer than it should have for me to receive this information, which leads me to believe that they are a disorganized company that needs to get their act together.

I was looking for a white , weather proof, mildew resistant , pre- grommeted, 12' by 7' tarp for a backyard movie screen I was building. Creative Shelters had EXACTLY what I needed for the best price and got it to me fast. We now have an awesome time watching movies in the backyard. Thanks CS!

I purchased a large shadescreen tarp from Creative, and it lasted exactly 1 summer before it deteriorated. It was sunrotted in 5 months or less. I have owned many shadescreens in my life, but have never seen them deteriorate so quickly. In fact, I've never seen them get sun-rotted at all, even after several years. No reason they should -- they're made to be in the sun! I'm not sure what type of material Creative uses, but it's clearly inferior or extremely old. Please don't use this company's shadescreens unless you purchase a 2nd shadescreen to protect it from the sun.
