You can't get better care at any other Emergency Hospital. I have used them for the past 15 years for all of my emergency vet care. I am so thankful that they are in our community.

I think the hospital has a horrible practice. I took my dog in, in a emergency situation. Initially I was told it was not severe, but things quickly changed. They charged me $1275- to keep her two days, doing not much more than blood work, fluids, etc. She was in grave condition at this point, and they suggested I bring her home, as I didn't have any more immed $. (I was working on getting). I brought her home, and within a hour, she had major seizure, and was struggling to breathe. I rushe her back, and while she's suffering, and I'm hysterical, they had the nerve to talk about the money issues. Finally..after discussing, they went ahead and put her to sleep at my request. No real sympathy. No understanding. No care. I'm glad they are there 24/7. I pray I will never have to go again.

I brought my cat in here when he wouldn't move one night and they were the only place open. They ran a test that showed his white blood count was double the normal and said that he had likely eaten something poisonous. I was very worried because I had to leave on a business trip the next day and he needed to stay in the hospital. He ended up staying for 3 days and eventually he fully recovered. I really appreciated that they knew I was out of town and couldn't visit, so they gave me really thorough updates on how he was doing. One of the techs even texted two pictures of him to my cell phone so I could see him and know he was OK. It was good to know that a doctor was always with him even at 3 in the morning. I am paying off the bill through Care Credit which they helped me set up. They also let my boyfriend come visit my cat and sit with him in their back room. I just really appreciated everything extra they did to save his life and to reassure me. Kind, caring people.

I've been here six or eight times, with two different dogs, and I've always been very pleased with the care my dogs got, and the way the technicians and veterinarians kept me informed. I've seen a number of different vets here, and all have been quite good. The entire staff is caring, very meticulous, organized, and well-informed. They have an excellent system. As soon as you walk in, a technician immediately assess the animal's condition, then they take the animals in order of need. When my dog had another spike in his fever (was being treated elsewhere for this), we had to wait a little while while they saw other emergencies, but even then a tech came out frequently and took his temperature. I never felt that I had been forgotten in the waiting room as I have felt at many other emergency vet offices. When my German Shepherd bloated and her stomach twisted the receptionist/technician immediately left her desk to check her (I think all their reception staff are technicians, which is
