"you need a new hard drive" is what they always tell me.

Then when I got my computer back my power light ring kept blinking after 15- 30 minutes. When I called back all I got was constant arguing about the computer being just fine and they refused to give me an explanation. They told me I could bring it with a fifteen minute time limit. I just wanted to get it taken care of or be given an explanation.

Now they act as if I am the problem and threatened to ban me.

I don't think wanting an explanation makes me stand out from any other customer who thinks quality and pride is an over reach.

Local Geek Squads seem to be incompetent and then try to bully and lie to you so you will quit bothering them.

Springfield local BB Geek Squad just sucks.

I have always come home after a repair with some sort of problem.
