I've never had a worse haircut in my life (it's an inch longer on one side)! When I called to make an appointment to have it fixed I was treated HORRIBLY! Hairmasters has poor service to say the least! Apparently it's against company policy to fix any haircut past a week and she reminded me of that many times. I explained that I have a little boy, a husband who's gone half the week, and am pregnant there for making time to come in AGAIN tough! She said it wasn't fair to cut someone elses mistake and not get paid for it. I told her that I was planning on tipping whoever fixed it. Plus is it fair for me to pay for a bad cut...I think not! Please think before you go the the Hairmasters in Springfield.
