Hank is outstanding; he was here well within the time he'd stated he would be, and instantly set my husband and I at ease with his friendly, easy-going manner. Our oven was fixed in approximately 30 minutes, and the bill, in our opinion, was more than fair. We would be happy to give these folks repeat business if or when the need arises, and feel confident saying that if you need appliance repair, these are the first folks you should call!

Hanks is a new business with one thing in mind upon creation..helping people! They are new to the Business and have it in their hearts to follow through with that mission in mind. Give them a chance! Deep down they really do care about their customers more so than most of their competition. I worked for them for a short while to help them get a leg up and would do so again if asked. Take the Chance.

i got a dishwasher from hanks and had it installed. Amazing promptness & customer service. I am VERY pleased!

Need dryer fixed asap, they were able to come to my house with the part i needed same day, fixed my dryer in less than an hour and it runs perfect now. I called to a few diffrent appliance stores and found hanks to be the cheapest. nice and affordable.
