I really appreciated working with Jack's Towing. The owner was extremely knowledgeable, walked us through the process and made himself available for questions we had. We'd recommend this business whole-heartedly!

This is absolutely the best towing area in the area. David is so helpful and knowledgeable on automotive. I called him to take my car to a shop but, he checked it over and found out that it was just a battery cable and fixed it for me right at my house.

We managed to lock our kids in the car while loading groceries. They're too young to unlock the car for us so we started to panic. A nice guy came to help us and called David at Jack's towing. Within 10 minutes he was there and within 2 minutes the door was open. We were relieved and I would've gladly paid anything he asked. But he insisted to not charge a thing. My wife and I both carry his card in our wallets and he's the only tow company we would use.

They had the best price, answered my call promptly, had a truck at my pick up location in 30 minutes (which was clear out Fall Creek), on a SUNDAY evening. It doens't get any better.



CALL THESE GUYS FIRST

I just showed up to coach fifty kids baseball at Thurston Middle school tonight before I break them into three teams for the season, and locked my keys in my trunk:(, no idea what to do, I call my mom of course..:) so first number she gives me I call this number and he says he's on his way out, this gentleman showed up he broke in my car found my keys in my bag in my trunk.,which was valet locked out also..., found me on the field , mind you a mile back from the parking lot at thurston middle if you have been out there, and 25 coaches 5 different fields, he finds me gives me keys field three, farthest back...and says have a good night I watched him walk off like I was dreaming, he didn't ask for even a dollar,! this is an honest man,

I have a temperamental 1958 Chevy station wagon. She get's mad when I don't take her out for her Sunday drive. Needless to say, she throws a fit and stalls. Not wanting to start up.Jack's towing (Driver David) always comes to her rescue! David is always professional, prompt, and courteous! Yesterday, I needed my Saturn towed to the shop. I asked David to be at my house at 5:10p when I get home from work. David was there at exactly 5:10p. I won't trust my towing to anybody else, and neither should you!

They also accept my insurance as well.

My husband and I broke down on the freeway while on our way back from a trip to the coast. We needed to get our motorcycle home safely. We called Jack's and David said that he'd send a truck right out. My husband was very nervous because that bike is his baby. Jack's pulls up less than a 1/2 hour later, with a professional motorcycle hauling trailer. I must say that my husband was thrilled. He tied it down by the bars as well so that our baby wouldn't get scratched! David said that he owns motorcycles too, so he knew exactly what to do! I wouldn't hesitate to call this guy for help! FIVE STARS!

I needed my car towed to a shop for repair. I was stuck on the side of the freeway.

David responded quickly, got me safely to a repair shop. I was back on my way in

no time! I put their number in my cell phone and will use again. I was nervous and he

made me feel at ease. Very professional and he even billed my insurance!

Let's be honest...when you are in an unfamiliar place and something goes wrong with your car (especially being a woman with children) it's not exactly the best feeling in the world to have to depend on a stranger for help. What a relief when 1st Jack's towing answered and 2nd they were available and quick to respond. Then the friendliness of David just made everything in my stressful situation that much easier. He helped me out and for that I wanted to say Thanks. Use Jack's towing for the best service in the area!
