I had an issue with one of my trailers and called them about bring it in to have it fixed. When I spoke to the receptionist, she was very helpful and professional. I went and dropped it off after speaking with the owner and he was very helpful and professional as well. They were able to find the problem and got it fixed well below the expected quote that I was given for the repairs. The entire staff and company are amazing!

I have been dealing with Joe for about the last five years. He always takes the time to explain my different options, offering both pros and cons for each. His prices are always fair, and you definitely get what you pay for. This man knows his business!!

I just bought a new travel trailer and stopped by Joe's to see about getting a proper hitch. Joe showed me several options, told me how each worked, and the pros and cons of each. He got me set up in no time and had parts delivered next day that he didn't have in stock. I stopped by several times with questions and he always took time to answer fully and made sure I understood. I also watched him deal with other customers and was always professional and courteous. Joe also advised me to start with just the weight distribution hitch, and see how that worked before adding air bags. He told me that most people don't need the extra suspension support and to hold off until I was sure I needed them. Most shops would try to sell you everything whether you needed it or not. I know Joe will be my "trailer guy" from now on!

Paid 450.00 for suspension air bags...they leak....they leak. New & without any load on them they leak, went back twice...still leak...wasted money. Now I have to find somebody that knows what they are doing to fix them ( at extra money ). These people are quick to take money...almost as fast as the air leaking out these bags. I'd try elsewhere. I'll never go back.
