My experience renting a property from Heather Hannah and PNPM was horrible. The rental itself was very nice; however, after move-out they double-charged me for numerous items, kept the majorty of the deposit (several hundred dollars worth), and will not return phone calls or emails to justify this. MY RENTAL ....CANT SAY ENOUGH HOW MUCH I LOVE IT. ITS ALSO PRETTY FAIR RENTAL COST. THE ONE TIME THAT I MET DOROTHY AND I THOUGHT SHE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. BUT..... I HAVE HAD SEVERAL UNRESOLVED ISSUE'S WITH AGENCY MANAGER. I HAVE BEEN TRYING EVERY WAY POSSIBLE TO SPEAK WITH THE OWNER AND AM NOT GETTING ANY RESPONSE WHAT SO EVER. OH AND KIND OF FUNNY I NOTICED ON THEIR ADVERTISEMENT IT STATES THEY "ACCEPT CASH", FUNNY THING IS THEY DONT! WHO DOESNT WANT CASH? SO YEP IM FRUSTRATED FOR SO MANY REASONS THAT I DONT WANT TO BORE YOU.
