I've only shopped here once but I live in Springfield and am glad to have this store in my area. All the people were friendly. There inventory average, not very robust. Some prices were very high and some were very low I.e., reasonable. One saleslady was sweet but not very knowledgeable. When I checked out this saleslady was very knowledgeable and helped me a great deal. So, get organized, decide who you want to attract, and match your knowledgeable staff with the customers.
