I will never use liberty travel springfield again! They are happy to take your money and then you are forgotten about. I was also sold the insurance, and then when i had a family emergency i was told the insurance was questionable. I was told "off the record" you can tell them that your sick and they will cover your trip. In my panic state she told me to calm down and that she would call me in a couple days. Big surprise no call back!!!!!

My mom used this agency to book a trip with my kids to Disney. The agent she spoke with did not book the suite she requested and now she's stuck. Avoid this agency.
