They deserve zero stars! Insensitive, uncaring people who run this below anyone's standards. They are in the wrong business. "The customer is always right does not apply to Mt. Sharon. This should be even more so, considering the "customer" is grieving and vulnerable. They just take advantage. Horrible, inconsiderate people!

People who run cemeteries should know how to deal with those grieving. Poor understanding of Jewish practice. Took advantage of customer in grief. Very poor communication skills. Unreliable ,hurtful dealing with them.
