I was in the Pearle Vision in Springfield and I was very happy with the level of service. The staff is very nice and was able to help me find out if my insurance covered an eye exam. Dr Malik was able to answer all of my questions. After my exam I was able to get glasses without having to go somewhere else. Very pleased
