I always deal with Mr. Bellar for our vehicles and also use Cunningham's service department for oil changes or any other maintenance needs. Everyone has always been helpful and friendly, it's a great atmosphere there and I've always been treated kindly. Everyone at Cunningham has always gone above and beyond for me, thanks!

I asked twice for either the body shop manager or the dealership general manager to call me and I've heard nothing. How rude. It seems once you drive off the dealership lot with a $40,000 car that you are now old news. I don't think I'm going to take our new family car back their for its next scheduled dealership. Their are several other Buick dealerships in the Nashville area, and frankly closer to our home. If I saw that a customer and recent new car buyer had asked to be called or emailed by either the body shop manager or the general manager, I would have responded by now. Truly disappointing.

I went into look at a car. I gave Brad Carneal my cell number. He asked for the name of my spouse. As I was leaving the dealership, Brad said that he was not going to be a typical car salesman and keep calling me. Brad became a stalker, he looked up my home number. He continued to call my house even after it was made clear that we found a better deal at a different dealership. We let him know that if we decided to buy from him, we would call him.
