I have been at Legacy village for 3 years and every year like clock work they raise the rent 20.00. I started out at 699.00 for a 2 room Apartment on a 12 month lease year 2 was 720.00 and this year they want 740.00 for a 12 month lease or 780.00 for 9 month lease and 840.00 for a 6 month lease. and if you want to go month to month it's 840.00 + 200.00 = 1040.00. FOR 2 Freakin rooms.. THERE IS NOTHING HERE TO JUSTIFY that for a 3 bedroom let alone 2 rooms. These people are smokin' some serious crack. NO Central air and if you have company they will most likely have to walk a city block because the parking is stupid. tiny little pool that that maybe 10 people can use at a time. They spend all the money on how it looks but that's is as far as that goes. Obviously they don't care about long term or they wouldn't keep screwing people by raising the rent. oh and it's not as convenient as they make it out to be. Loud music all hours of the night and the train track is annoying.

This place has the WORST manager ever! She is extremely rude unprofessional and probably stealing from the company. I have seen people move out on a Monday and by Thursday somebody else lives there. The problem is you are told you have give 2 months worth of rent to move out. So why are they getting paid twice for the same apartment? Then she has different rules for different types of people. She is the primary reason why everyone is moving out. They are also too pricey for the outdated appliances they have. Move anywhere but here!
