 ***Note*** We urge all of our customers to make back ups of their files before we pick up the machine. This will save you money and us time.

If yours is a virus problem – It may be necessary to clean off your hard drive and Re-image / re-install your operating system. If we must Re-install your operating system we will bring your system back to factory - out of the box -- functionality.
