Both my children from the time they were born have been seen in this clinic. Their favorite doctor is Dr. Crawford. I, as a parent, love the fact that they listen. They acknowledge and even help me when it comes to the fact that I don't like pumping my kids with meds. Always respectful and caring staff. Wish I had a doc and clinic like this for me now. :)

Do not use this clinic or Dr. Shell! I had my baby at northcrest medical center in the evening and Dr. Shell was on call but never came in and examined her that night. She never left my room from the moment she was born that night untill the following day so I was very upset when I got a bill for $170 dollars for the day she was born from Dr. Shell for examining my daughter at birth. I called the clinic to explain that he did not see her that night and the office manager called me back and said that he talked to the nurse over the phone and gave instructions so they can charge that fee! There was nothing wrong with my baby and they did nothing but standard newborn care that night! So I dont know what type of advice he could have given but I am now stuck with a bill for $170! If he wanted that money so bad he should have gotten off his couch and come to the hospital and examened my baby that night! He is a crook!!!!! Ill never use this clinic again!

The doctors are great and very caring. I used Dr. butler as my main and Dr. Crawford has seen my LO for emergencies. They always have a peditrican on call at all times. My only issue is that the Reception staff for the waiting room are rude. They are rude in person and on the phone. But the doctors are worth it if only they would fix the receptionists.
