We went into the store to get keys cut, intending to support a local business. Rather than getting a competitive price, we paid nearly 3 times what the local home improvement store charged across the same parking lot. For what cost $1.49 at H*** Depot to cut a key, Baldinos charged $4.15. For what H*** Depot charged $1.79 to cut a master key, Baldinos charged $7.95. H*** Depot rekeyed a tumbler for free, Baldinos charged $10.00. Customer service is lacking, competitive prices are lacking, and repeat business will be non-existent.

I had to get a key made for a house I was house sitting/renting. Of course all they needed was the key, however there are some places that want you to bring additional proof. The guys were quick and to the point. I was walking out of the store in less than 3 minutes with my three extra copies of keys. Recommended!
