Nice technician, Bill. Strange behavior by Kat, who does the emails and answers the phones. Can't understand why, but whatever. We all have our own personality issues, I guess.

Sent in a Luxman CL-32 pre-amp that another shop had tried to fix and did not. Bill spent many hours on it and sent it back. Still had the same issue, so it is now trash.

Cost me $325.00.

Not sure what they actually do there other than spend time on the product you submit. Others seem happy with their service. Obviously I am not. Use them at your own risk, I suppose.

In business, TRYING to do something is NOT the same as DOING it. Evidently, collecting the money is the important element here.

As a former owner of a successful high-end audio business, I did not operate that way, but that was in the 1970's and '80s. I guess things are different today.

Beware of Music Technology! Kathy up is so rude! My amp sat for 6 weeks, still not fixed! Worst service ever!

Recommend looking elsewhere. This is too bad, as there are not enough stereo equipement stores in this area. However, Music Technology and it's principal Doug Wolf completely drop the ball when it comes to integrity, ethics and honesty, and that is something any prospective customer should heed. Surprising since Doug is an Ivy League educated lawyer. Very sad to see. Steer clear.
