Have had "unfortunate" need to use services here on 3 different cars over a span of approx. 12 years. (2 instances due to other driver, one due to family member). In every case, repairs where well done, efforts made to reduce cost w/o impact to quality of service. Management was under different individuals over that time, but in every case quality of results were excellent.

I am a young looking female and was treated with great disrespect. I was yelled at, called names and had fingers pointed at me. In my first encounter with Ravensworth Auto Body, I was told by the owner they offer no guarantee to the repair made to my car. Later, the owner told me he would guarantee his work 20 years. When promised this guarantee, I asked for it in writing and I was told by the owner his word was good enough. He then refused to work on my poorly repaired car after my request for a written guarantee was made. I will never use this company again and do not recommend them to anyone looking to have a quality repair made to their car.
