The flowers were so much more lovely than I expected, delivered on time, with a wonderful quote from Robert Frost, AND a portion of the purchase goes to support local programming for disenfranchised folks. We will use them again - hope you all do, too!

I ordered from Sage Flowers the day before Valentines Day. Yes, a big day for flowers but they took my order and gave me a confirmation number. The website stresses that if it offers the delivery date online, they can fulfill it.



Sure enough I get a call from Sage Flowers at noon on Valentines Day saying it is too late to wire the order. The web hoster just "faxed" over my order to them, etc. When I expressed disappointment in Sage Flowers, the representative said he could have just "thrown the order out and forgot about it" but he had the kindness to at least call me.



My rating of 1 is therefore my kind way of saying that Sage Flowers may actually have nice flowers, but poor web hosting and bad customer service may prevent you from getting them.
