I've known this company and the people running it for 30 years and they are wonderful!

They are Godly people and go out of their way to meet the customers needs.

We have the responsibility to check our gauges and watch the weather forecast before it gets too low or the roads are too iced over to risk their lives and properties to get to us! Shame on you who complained when you did not do your job to make sure you didn't run out in the middle of an ice storm!! Take responsibility for your own actions!

We've been with this company for 12 yrs. I smelled propane the morning that the snow was hitting and we are on a refill program. They said they have been trying to get on our property for three weeks and have not been able to (we were never notified). So now we sit with no heat and it's 28 outside. What kind of company leaves a family without heat? I've never had to complain about a company before. Shame on this company for leaving a family without heat..now we are stuck trying to find somewhere else to stay and for how long? This company didn't even care and on top of that I have two people that are sick. It's very disheartening to me that they could care less about their customers.

From the owner on down the people at Chadwell& son propane are extremely rude, they are very uncaring people and care only about money. After delivering propane to my house when my tank was completely empty the driver left without lighting my pilot light. I called them to see if he could come back out to do so and let them know i have a four month old baby in the house. I was told for an aditional 45$ for a service call they would come back out. These people should not be in business anymore. In my opinion the they handle business is very dangerous and could cost someone thier life.
