I give zero stars for this business. I put my four wheeler in the shop for some repairs and to attach a new LED light. Initially I was told they were two weeks behind of course I figured as much and as well I was told that they would update me as time went on. I never received an update unless I called them and when I did call I was told that either the mechanics went to lunch and never returned or they just didn't show up for work that day. When I put the atv in the shop I told them i wanted the winch fixed the brakes fixed a LED light put on as well as a cigarette lighter to recharge a light. The winch still does not work the brakes barely stop the atv and I was told that its going to need new brake pads. The atv was in their shop for a month the bill was 438 bucks. They will do everything in their power to give you a real good screwing...but service and quality work is ABSOLUTELY NOT within their policy or mindset. Do yourself a favor and take your outdoor recreational vehicles to a reputable dealer that employs a qualified staff and pass this place up you your vehicle and your wallet will be in much better shape. I was forced to give a rating for this business by YP just so I would be able to post this review but seriously I would not give this place as much as a point of a star for a rating but YP does not have negative ratings which I would most definitely give this place a negative 5 star rating.

I learned the hard way. I'd rather wait a while and have my bike taken care of by people that are trustworthy, knowledgeable and fair than take it to a shop that could "get her right out" and end up with a non running bike and a 2700.00 bill. Sometimes good things are worth waiting for. I guess that's why Pro Max is always so busy. People go to businesses they trust. I'm so thankful to finally have a shop that I can put some faith in. Worth the wait!

BUYER BEWARE!! Order an exhaust system on 04/20/2016 and the parts were delivered 04/21/2016 and bike was dropped off same day. It is now 05/05/2016, and we are still waiting for the bike to be released to us!!! Talked to the owner which explained that they wrong system was delivered to them and it took 3 days for the company to send the correct system. Still clueless as to why, even with a 3 day delay, my bike (which I was quoted as a 3 hour job) is STILL NOT READY!!! Manager would not correct situation and advised the bike will not be ready today because he's is busy working on a Ranger and it may be done tomorrow. Kept running around the issue that he is running a poor business! Hoping that when my bike is released that it is in one piece.

I was surprised how helpful the lady behind the counter was, they weere prompt and courteous . I highly reccomend them .
